10 Questions with Rich

1. FAVOURITE PLACE THAT YOU'VE TRAVELLED?
I've travelled to lots of cool places with work but so far my favourite spot is Austin, Texas. I worked at my friend Zach's place (Mainstay Tattoo) last year and me and my wife just had the best time. Great people, great place.

2. EARLY BIRD OR NIGHT OWL?
I'm like… neither haha. I hate early mornings and I'm very rarely awake after 12. If I had to pick I'd rather be awake late than wake up early

3. WHAT IS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?
I'd love to skydive, I guess that's on my bucket list. I also want to see Japan

4. FEAR OF?
Spiders, man. Anyone who knows me knows I hate spiders

5. DOGS OR CATS?
I grew up around cats. My mom bought back this kitten when me and my brother were really young. I was so stoked to have a pet I made him this house out of a bunch of cardboard boxes. When he arrived I picked him up to put him in this sick house I'd made and he went fucking mental man, scratched the shit out of my arms, wanted nothing to do with it. His name was Ceefer. That animal hated people. Me and my wife have a small dog called Dietzel and he is the greatest pet of all time. If I made him a cardboard house he would love it, so I'm a dog guy

6. LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED?
The last movie I watched was American Gangster. My wife had never seen it. It is still amazing the 100th time around

7. WHAT IS THE SCARIEST AND/OR HARDEST THING YOU'VE DONE?
The scariest thing I've done so far is watch my son be born. Everyone says it's supposed to be magical but fucking believe me it's gruesome.

8. SOMEONE YOU'D LIKE TO MEET?
I'd like to meet Steen Jones

9. FAVOURITE QUOTE?
"I'm in the bank makin' depos, while y'all be gettin' repo'd, I'm zero zero zero comma zero after zero" - Gucci Mane

10. WHAT GOT YOU STARTED IN TATTOOING?
I did my first tattoo on myself 10 years ago in a shop called Black Art Tattoo, in quarry bank near Birmingham England. Before that I'd been hanging around the shop, getting tattooed. I was in a few bands when I was younger so tattooing kinda went hand in hand with the kinds of people I'd meet at shows and I remember thinking it looked so cool, I was obsessed with wanting tattoos, but I wasn't particularly interested in making them at that point. For the first few years of my career I wasn't really tattooing to make good tattoos, I just wanted to be in the lifestyle. I loved hanging out in tattoo shops. After a few years I started getting into tattooers and different styles and shit, and that's when I started taking it more seriously
