How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Open tab

Our shipping rates (both domestic and International) are calculated on a case by case basis - by the weight of the order, overall package size and the final shipping destination.

We know shipping sucks and it can sometimes seem expensive or unfair but sadly we don’t make the rules - we just do our best to keep them to a minimum for you!

Please note: Few and Far Co. cannot and will not be held responsible for any incorrect shipping errors or fees associated with incorrect shipping.

Please note: International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Few and Far Co. is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Open tab

There are many factors to determine the overall shipping time of your order. This said, we try our best to print and ship all orders within 3-5 business days after receiving them.

Please note: Due to the nature of “printing to order” this is not always possible - especially during peak times (ie: new releases, holidays, sales etc) or if you have a “pre-ordered” item. Regardless, we always try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP.

If you have not recieved your ‘shipping confirmation’ email from us within 14 days of placing your order - please let us know via hello@fewandfarco.com immediately.

While we do all we can to ensure your order leaves our warehouse on time - we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control once it leaves - especially during the current climate.

How Is Everything Priced?

Open tab

In most cases, everything we sell is priced by the artist that designed, made or created it. As artists, we feel it’s important that the artist has the ability to price their work.

What’s The Difference Between Digital And Fine Art (Giclee) Prints?

Open tab

Simply put, the difference is the printing process, the materials used and the lifespan of prints. Both are the highest quality and best reproductions available on the market.

Giclée printing is an artform of itself and a museum-grade reproduction.

Giclée printing allows artists to replicate their artwork as accurately as possible and offer the highest grade fine art reproductions that will last a lifetime.

Our Fine Art Prints look and feel exact to the original artwork - and often mistaken by the artist for the original work.

All of our Giclée prints are colour-matched by eye, printed with lightfast inks (fade resistant) on acid free, archival stock before being cut, embossed & finished by hand. All of our Fine Art Prints have with a 100 year guarantee if kept correctly(safe from dust and out of direct sunlight)

Digital prints are a digital print.

Digital Printing is something that we can produce much faster and at a lower price point, making them a very popular and cost effective print for both artists and collectors.

All of our Digital Prints are still still a high quality and beautiful print as each artwork is printed using the same colour-matched files as our Fine Art Prints - and even feel the same as we have specially sourced a textured stock.

(Please note: All Digital Prints have a 5mm White border around the Artwork.)

What Does Lightfast Mean?

Open tab

Lightfast, by definition, means it will not fade because of exposure to light.

How Should I Care For My Print?

Open tab

To ensure your print stays in pristine condition, it’s always best to only touch and handle your print by the edges, avoid bending and keep away from any direct sunlight, moisture, humidity or dust.

Please note: How you handle your print will ultimately determine the quality and lifespan of your print and we cannot and will not be held responsible for any issues that arose from mishandling.

How Long Will Your Fine Art Prints Last?

Open tab

If our Fine Art Prints are framed correctly and positioned away from direct exposure to sunlight they will more than likely last 100 years.

We only use genuine and lightfast pigment inks and premium archival grade rag.

While we stick by our product and ensure all care is taken to provide the best quality we can, once it enters the client’s environment we no longer have control.

What Printer And Stock Do You Use?

Open tab

Our Fine Art prints are printed on Our high quality 320gsm Premium Textured Cotton Rag.

Our Digital Prints are printed on Our 22gsm Lightly Textured Card Stock

If we tell you any more than this, we gotta kill you …because it took us years of sourcing, experimenting, test printing and perfecting to find the ‘perfect’ stocks and inks.
